It’s happy for UC and IPCC fans like us when one of the main main technologies to discuss in Banking Vietnam Forum 2008 is IP Contact Center :).

I still wonder why Cisco, one of the leading vendor of IPCC solution in Vietnam right now, was not appear in this event

My concern in this year is about the affects of financial criss in the banks investment. At this moment, it’s hard for bank to invest a large amount of dollar for any solution that they don’t see clearly that how it makes money for them. And IP Contact Center is one of that. We both know that IP Contact Center will help banks to increase the loyalty of customers by  making they happy. And then you can retain money from that kind of thing. But it’s still not clear in the standpoint of some kinds of manage like CFO.

However, this may be a chance for long-term visioning banks to go one step forward to invest IPCC in this time :D.
