Ai đã từng làm cái Attendant Console với Cisco CallManager 4.x chắc đã biết về user ac - một user đặc biệt chuyên để phục vụ application này. Và sau khi tạo ra, khi tìm kiếm trong corporate directory ta cũng sẽ gặp phải user này, mà thực tế là người dùng bình thường không cần quan tâm đến user này lắm. Tương tự, một số user khác người dùng cũng không cần (và không nên) nhìn thấy khi tìm kiếm trong corporate directory như jtapi user, rmcm user … (dùng cho IPCC Express). Và để giải quyết sự bất tiện này, Cisco cho phép ta ẩn/giấu các user này đi. Cách làm cụ thể như sau:
